PROVISIONAL REGULATION UNDER THE WAR CENSUS ACT 1915
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, do hereby certify that, on account of urgency, the following Regulation under the War Census Act 1915 should come into immediate operation, and make the Regulation to come into operation forthwith as a Provisional Regulation.

(1.) For the purposes of the War Census authorized by Proclamation of the twenty-second day of December, One thousand nine hundred and fifteen, the form contained in the First Schedule, as modified by Statutory Rules 1915, No. 138, is further modified to read as follows :—

Replies to these questions will be treated as strictly confidential.
Post answers to reach the Local Recruiting Committee within seven days.
