An Act to repeal the Commonwealth Electoral (War-time) Act 1917–1919.

BE it enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate, and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:—

Short title.

1. This Act may be cited as the Commonwealth Electoral (War-time) Repeal Act 1920.

Repeal of Commonwealth Electoral (War-time) Act.

2.       The Commonwealth Electoral (War-time) Act 1917–1919 is hereby repealed.
