REGULATION UNDER THE POST AND TELEGRAPH ACT 1901-1923.
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Post and Telegraph Act 1901-1923, to come into operation forthwith.

Amendment of the Post and Telegraph Regulations.
(Statutory Rules 1913, No. 348, as amended to this date.)
Regulation 220 is amended by adding at the and thereof the following sub-regulation:—
(8) Cinematograph films and all articles manufactured from celluloid must be packed in a metal case, which case must itself be enclosed in a strong wooden or metal box.
