REGULATIONS UNDER THE DAIRY PRODUCE EXPORT CONTROL ACT 1924.
I, THE person administering the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, do hereby make the following Regulations under the Dairy Produce Export Control Act 1924, to come into operation as from 1st October, 1930.

Amendment of Dairy Produce Export Control (Fees and Expenses) Regulations.
(Statutory Rules 1925, No. 166, as amended to this date.)
1. Paragraph 1 of Regulation 2 of the Dairy Produce Export Control (Fees and Expenses) Regulations is repealed and the following inserted in it stead:—
2.—(1) The Chairman of the Board shall receive a fee of Four guineas per diem and each member or deputy of a member of the Board, while acting as such, shall receive a fee of Three guineas per diem, for attendance at meetings of the Board or at meetings of the Executive Committee of the Board.
2. Regulation 3 of the Dairy Produce Export Control (Fees and Expenses) Regulations is amended by omitting the words “Two pounds and two shillings” (wherever occurring) and inserting in their stead the words “One pound eleven shillings and sixpence”.
