An Act to amend the Seat of Government (Administration) Act 1930–1934.
[Assented to 25th October, 1935.]
BE it enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate, and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, as follow:—
Short title and citation.
1.—(1.) This Act may be cited as the Seal of Government (Administration) Act 1935.
(2.) The Seat of Government (Administration) Act 1930–1934 is in this Act referred to as the Principal Act.
(3.) The Principal Act, as amended by this Act, may be cited as the Seat of Government (Administration) Act 1930–1935.
Commencement.
2. This Act shall be deemed to have commenced on the date of commencement of the Seat of Government (Administration) Act 1930.
Continuance of By-laws under repealed Act
3. Section fourteen of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in sub-section (1.), after the word “amendments”, the words “(if any)”.
Schedule.
4. The Schedule to the Principal Act is repealed and the following Schedule inserted in its stead:—
