REGULATIONS UNDER THE CANNED FRUITS EXPORT CONTROL

ACT 1926-1938.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Canned Fruits Export Control Act 1926-1938.

Commencement.

2.—(1.) Paragraphs (a), (b), (c) and (d) of regulation 1 of these Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on the twenty- eighth day of August, 1947.

(2.) Paragraph (e) of regulation 1 of these Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on the ninth day of August, 1948.
