(3.) The Third Schedule to the Military Financial Regulations is further amended by omitting Table 4 and inserting in its stead the following table:—

Application.
3. The amendments of the Military Financial Regulations effected by the preceding regulations of these Regulations apply in relation to—
(a) service in the Permanent Military Forces or the Regular Army Emergency Reserve on and after the ninth day of July, 1965; and
(b) service in the Citizen Military Forces on and after the first day of July, 1965.
