Trade Commissioners Regulations2 (Amendment)
I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Trade Commissioners Act 1933.

Insurance and storage of furniture, household effects and baggage
Regulation 28 of the Trade Commissioners Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulation (1) and substituting the following sub-regulation:
"(1) A Commissioner shall be entitled to the payment, by way of allowance, of such amounts as he would be paid, if he were an officer of the Australian Public Service, by way of reimbursement of insurance premiums in respect of furniture, household effects or baggage—
(a) at an overseas post; or
(b) being transported, or stored, in the course of removal—
(i) from the residence of the Commissioner in Australia to an overseas post; or
(ii) from an overseas post to the residence of the Commissioner in Australia or to another overseas post.".
