An Act to amend the Sydney Harbour Federation Trust Act 2001, and for related purposes

The Parliament of Australia enacts:

1  Short title

  This Act may be cited as the Sydney Harbour Federation Trust Amendment Act 2007.

2  Commencement

  This Act commences on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

3  Schedule(s)

  Each Act that is specified in a Schedule to this Act is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this Act has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 1—Amendment of the Sydney Harbour Federation Trust Act 2001

1  Paragraph 64(1)(b)

Omit “10 years from the commencement of this Act”, substitute “19 September 2033”.

2  At the end of paragraph 64(1)(b)

Add:

Note: This Act commenced on 20 September 2001.

3  Subsection 66(1)

Omit “10 years from the commencement of this Act”, substitute “19 September 2033”.

4  At the end of subsection 66(1)

Add:

Note: This Act commenced on 20 September 2001.
