An Act to amend the ACIS Administration Act 1999, and for related purposes

The Parliament of Australia enacts:
This Act may be cited as the ACIS Administration Amendment Act 2009.
(1) Each provision of this Act specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

1 Subsection 4(1A)
Omit “3 stages”, substitute “2 stages”.
2 Paragraph 4(1A)(b)
Omit “2010; and”, substitute “2010.”.
3 Paragraph 4(1A)(c)
Repeal the paragraph.
4 Paragraph 4(2)(b)
Omit “$2,000,000,000;”, substitute “$2,000,000,000.”.
5 Paragraph 4(2)(c)
Repeal the paragraph.
6 Subsection 4(2A)
Omit “ACIS Stages 2 and 3”, substitute “ACIS Stage 2”.
7 Subsection 6(1) (definition of ACIS Stage)
