APPOINTMENT OF A CLEAN TECHNOLOGY

FOOD AND FOUNDRIES INVESTMENT COMMITTEE

I, Gregory Ivan Combet, Minister for Industry and Innovation, pursuant to

subsection 22(1) of the Industry Research and Development Act 1986 (the Act),

and effective from 25 September 2012,

HEREBY APPOINT a Clean Technology Food and Foundries Investment Committee of Innovation Australia (the Board) to assist the Board to exercise its powers and functions conferred under Directions made under sections 18, 19 and 20 of the Act,
