I, Simon Crean, Minister for Regional Australia, Regional Development and Local Government,

pursuant to section 19 of the Public Roads Act 1902, hereby determine the closure of part of Russell Drive, Russell, as shown on the attached location Plan 1.

The closure comes into operation upon the date of publication of this notice in the Commonwealth of Australia Gazette.
