Notice under regulation 3

I, greg hunt, Minister for the Environment acting under regulation 3 of the Antarctic Treaty (Environment Protection) (Waste Management) Regulations 1994 designate the persons for the time being holding, or performing the duties of, the office of Director (position number 80000500); General Manager Strategies (position number 80000087); and Manager Territories, Environment and Treaties (position number 80000403) of the Australian Antarctic Division of the Department of the Environment to be an authorised person for the purposes of regulation 21 of those Regulations.
