NOTICE OF PERMIT GRANTED UNDER THE ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION (SEA DUMPING) ACT 1981

Pursuant to Section 25 of the Environment Protection (Sea Dumping) Act 1981, notice is hereby given that:

A permit was granted on the Ninth day of May 2014, to the North Queensland Bulk Ports Corporation Limited, Level 1, Wellington House, 181 Victoria Street, Mackay, Queensland 4740, to load and dump at sea up to 378,400m3 of dredge spoil derived from maintenance dredging within the Port of Hay Point over a three year duration.
