I, Mick Kinley, Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Maritime Safety Authority, pursuant to sub-regulation 35(1) of the Shipping Registration Regulations, hereby approve Abell Point in the State of Queensland as a home port for the purposes of shipping registration.
