This Specification is the Autonomous Sanctions (Export and Import Sanctioned Goods – Iran) Amendment Specification 2016.

This Specification commences on the day that the Autonomous Sanctions Amendment (Iran) Regulation 2016 commences.

3 Revocation of instruments

The following instruments are revoked:

(1) The Autonomous Sanctions (Import Sanctioned Goods – Iran) Specification 2012,

(2) The Autonomous Sanctions (Import Sanctioned Goods – Iran) Amendment Specification 2013,

(3) The Autonomous Sanctions (Export Sanctioned Goods – Iran) Specification 2012,

(4) The Autonomous Sanctions (Export Sanctioned Goods – Iran) Amendment Specification 2013, and

(5) The Autonomous Sanctions (Export Sanctioned Goods – Iran) Amendment Specification 2016.

4 Specification of export sanctioned goods

For paragraphs (e), (f), (g) and (j) of item 2 of the table in subregulation 4(2) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011, Schedule 1 lists goods specified to be export sanctioned goods for Iran.
