I, Tom Rogers, Electoral Commissioner, pursuant to sub-rule 3A(b) of the Torres Strait Regional Authority Election Rules 1996, appoint Ray Sambo to be Returning Officer for the 2017 casual vacancy in the Erub Island ward of the Torres Strait Regional Authority.
