The Parliament of Australia enacts:
This Act is the Farm Household Support Amendment Act 2018.
(1) Each provision of this Act specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

(a) a person who made a claim for farm household allowance at any time before the day this Schedule commences (whether or not the claim had been determined before that day);
(b) a person who makes a claim for farm household allowance on or after the day this Schedule commences.
