DECLARATION UNDER SECTION 16
I, Nicholas John Gales, Director, Australian Antarctic Division, Department of the Environment and Energy, declare under section 16 of the Australian Antarctic Territory Weapons Ordinance 2001 that the following project is advantageous to scientific research and the weapons as specified below may be used for the designated projects by a person working on that project:
