DECLARATION  OF PRINCIPAL EXECUTIVE OFFICE, EMPLOYING BODIES AND RELATED MATTERS

I, GREGORY ANDREW HUNT, Minister Assisting the Prime Minister for the Public Service and Cabinet, acting under s.3B of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973 and s.33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, hereby:

In relation to the office of Director of Workplace Gender Equality DECLARE

1)    that all previous declarations concerning the employing body for the office are revoked; and

2)     the Minister for Women is the employing body for the office

This declaration takes effect on and from 29 May 2019.
