Rule 77

DECLARED HOSPITAL OR SPECIFIED PART OF A HOSPITAL FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE 2020 TORRES STRAIT REGIONAL AUTHORITY ELECTION

I, TOM ROGERS, Electoral Commissioner, referred to in section 18 of the Commonwealth Electoral Act 1918, exercising the power under subrule 77(1) of the Torres Strait Regional Authority Election Rules 2017, do hereby:

(a)   DECLARE the following hospital or specified part of a hospital to be used as a mobile polling booth for the purposes of taking votes in the 2020 Torres Strait Regional Authority Election at these listed times:
