GRANT OF PETROLEUM RETENTION LEASE WA-96-R
I, GRAEME ALBERT WATERS, the National Offshore Petroleum Titles Administrator, on behalf of the Commonwealth-Western Australia Offshore Petroleum Joint Authority hereby give notice pursuant to section 708 of the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2006 that Petroleum Retention Lease WA-96-R has been granted to Chevron Australia (WA-365-P) Pty Ltd over Graticular Block 3298 of the Map Sheet SE49 (SE49), to have effect for a period of five (5) years from and including 19 November 2021.
Petroleum Exploration Permit WA-365-P ceases to be in force to the extent to which it relates to the above block, effective as of 19 November 2021.
