I, Scott Pearce, Delegate of the Secretary of the Department of Health and Aged Care, Therapeutic Goods Administration, for the purpose of Section 41 of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989, hereby publish the following details concerning the revocation of a Licence to Manufacture Therapeutic Goods:

Under Section 41(1)(d) of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 the Secretary by notice in writing has revoked the Licence held by:

HIVE & WELLNESS AUSTRALIA – LICENCE NO. MI-2015-LI-11403-1 OF 399 ARCHERFIELD ROAD RICHLANDS, QLD, 4077 – AT THE REQUEST OF THE MANUFACTURER.

ULTRA MIX (AUST) PTY LTD – LICENCE NO. MI-09032006-LI-001151-11 OF 6 & 50 MCARTHUR STREET, WEST FOOTSCRAY, VIC, 3012 – AT THE REQUEST OF THE MANUFACTURER.

Air Liquide Australia Limited – LICENCE NO. MI-23122004-LI-000330-1 OF 11 Windsor Street, INVERMAY, TAS, 7248 – AT THE REQUEST OF THE MANUFACTURER.
