NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY IN AUSTRALIA OF A FINAL COMPREHENSIVE ENVIRONMENTAL EVALUATION: PETREL BASE RENOVATION - DUNDEE ISLAND

I, Gillian Louise Slocum, Delegate of the Minister for the Environment in accordance with Regulation 14 of the Antarctic Treaty (Environment Protection) (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 1993, give notice that I have received from a foreign party to the Environmental Protocol to the Antarctic Treaty a final comprehensive environmental evaluation and notice of a decision relating to the evaluation for the following activity:

‘Final Comprehensive Environmental Evaluation (CEE) for the renovation of Petrel Base, Dundee Island’.
