NOMINATED CARRIER DECLARATION No.199 – TELSTRA LIMITED

I, Dominic Byrne, delegate of the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA), being satisfied that:

(a) if this declaration were made, Telstra Limited ACN 086 174 781 (the applicant) would be in a position to comply with all of the obligations imposed on the applicant in the applicant’s capacity as the nominated carrier in relation to the network unit described below; and

(b) the making of this declaration will not impede the efficient administration of:

(i) the Telecommunications Act 1997;

(ii) the Telecommunications (Consumer Protection and Service Standards) Act 1999 and regulations under that Act;

declare that Telstra Limited ACN 086 174 781, holder of carrier licence number 582, is the nominated carrier in relation to the following multiple line links owned by Untitled Group Pty Ltd ACN: 622 442 246:

• Line link 1 – Pitch Music and Arts Festival – running from the Telstra Corporation Limited Fibre Access Point (FAP) located at Lat/Long -37.412586 142.762359 to one or more Telstra Limited Temporary Mobile Sites located at 1330 Moyston-Dunkeld Road Mafeking VIC 3379; and
• Line Link 2 – Beyond the Valley Music Festival - running from a Telstra Corporation Limited FAP located at -38.055562, 143.857600, or a Telstra Corporation Limited FAP located -38.085513,143.853471 to one or more Telstra Limited Temporary Mobile Sites located at 4484 Hamilton Highway, Hesse Vic 3321.
