Wheat Marketing Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Wheat Marketing Act 1989.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Wheat Marketing Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

[NOTE:  These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s. 48.]

2    Regulation 3 (Prescribed State enactments)

2.1   Paragraph 3 (1) (c):

Omit “section 26 of the Queensland Grain Handling Act 1983”, substitute “sections 68 and 70 of the Grain Industry (Restructuring) Act 1991”.

2.2   Paragraph 3 (2) (b):

Omit “sections 3B and 6 of the Wheat Pool Act 1920”, substitute “sections 35, 40, 41 and 42 of the Grain Industry (Restructuring) Act 1991”.
