Australian Capital Territory (Self-Government) Regulations2 (Amendment)
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Australian Capital Territory (Self-Government) Act 1988.

1. Amendment
1.1 The Australian Capital Territory (Self-Government) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.
2. New Regulation 6
2.1 After regulation 5, insert:
Laws and provisions other than those that shall become enactments
“6. Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Act is amended by inserting the following laws in their appropriate alphabetical position (determined on a letter-by-letter basis):
‘Canberra Institute of the Arts Ordinance 1988
Classification of Publications Ordinance 1983
National Land Ordinance 1989
National Memorials Ordinance 1928
Police Pensions Ordinance 1958
