Historic Shipwrecks Regulations2

(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Historic Shipwrecks Act 1976.

Principal Regulations

1. In these Regulations, Principal Regulations means the Historic Shipwrecks Regulations.

Interpretation

2. Regulation 2 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting the definition of Yongala protected zone.

Prohibition of certain activities in protected zones generally

3. Regulation 4 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting subregulation (1a).

Repeals

4. Regulations 4aa and 4ab of the Principal Regulations are repealed.
