(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Commerce (Trade Descriptions) Act 1905.

Regulation 15b of the Commerce (Imports) Regulations is amended by adding at the end the following subregulation:

“(5) This regulation does not apply in relation to ski boots designed to fit ski bindings, being ski boots having moulded plastic uppers and rigid soles that do not have a replaceable sole section.”.
