National Crime Authority Regulations

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and in pursuance of section 4 of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, hereby make the following Regulations under the National Crime Authority Act 1984.

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Crime Authority Regulations.

Interpretation

2. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears, “the Act” means the National Crime Authority Act 1984.

Allowances payable to Chairman

3. For the purposes of sub-section 38 (2) of the Act, the following allowances are prescribed for the Chairman, namely the travelling allowances payable to a Judge of the Federal Court of Australia.
