Protection of Movable Cultural Heritage

Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Protection of Movable Cultural Heritage Act 1986.

The Schedule

The Schedule to the Protection of Movable Cultural Heritage Regulations is amended by inserting the following clause after clause 3 in Part VI:

“3a. Clause 4 does not apply to an object of water transport that is a steam propelled vessel.”.
