1 Name of regulations

  These regulations are the Export Control (Hardwood Wood Chips) Amendment Regulations 1999 (No. 1).

  These regulations commence on gazettal.

  Schedule 1 amends the Export Control (Hardwood Wood Chips) Regulations 1996.

 (f) Upper North East Region — being the area delineated on the map of the Upper North East RFA Region published by Bureau of Resource Sciences on 13 May 1999
