Schedule 1 amends the Export Control (Hardwood Wood Chips) Regulations 1996.

(d) Eden Region — being the area delineated on the map of the Eden RFA Region published by Bureau of Resource Sciences on 13 May 1999; and
(e) Lower North East Region — being the area delineated on the map of the Lower North East RFA Region published by Bureau of Resource Sciences on 13 May 1999; and
(f) Upper North East Region — being the area delineated on the map of the Upper North East RFA Region published by Bureau of Resource Sciences on 13 May 1999
