1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the Native Title (Tribunal) Amendment Regulations 2000 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

  These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3 Amendment of Native Title (Tribunal) Regulations 1993

  Schedule 1 amends the Native Title (Tribunal) Regulations 1993.

substitute

 (v) in receipt of a youth allowance, or an austudy payment, within the meaning of the Social Security Act 1991; or

1. These Regulations amend Statutory Rules 1993 No. 380, as amended by 1994 No. 6; 1995 Nos. 399 and 420; 1996 No. 186; 1998 Nos. 3, 221 and 281; 1999 No. 309.
