I, WILLIAM PATRICK DEANE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemical Products (Collection of Levy) Act 1994.

1 Name of Regulations
These Regulations are the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemical Products (Collection of Levy) Regulations 1995.
[2] Paragraph 4 (b)
substitute
(b) the rate of 0.65% is prescribed in respect of:
(i) the year that began on 1 January 1999; and
(ii) each succeeding calendar year.
[3] Paragraph 5 (b)
substitute
(b) the rate of 0.65% is prescribed in respect of the first 6 months of:
(i) the year that began on 1 January 1999; and
(ii) each succeeding calendar year.
