1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the Bankruptcy Amendment Regulations 2001 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

  These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3 Amendment of Bankruptcy Regulations 1996

  Schedule 1 amends the Bankruptcy Regulations 1996.
