1 Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Amendment Regulations 2001 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3 Amendment of Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Regulations

Schedule 1 amends the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Regulations.
