1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the International Maritime Satellite Organization (Privileges and Immunities) Amendment Regulations 2001 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

  These Regulations are taken to have commenced on
31 July 2001.

3 Amendment of International Maritime Satellite Organization (Privileges and Immunities) Regulations 1982

  Schedule 1 amends the International Maritime Satellite Organization (Privileges and Immunities) Regulations 1982.

[2] Regulation 2, definition of Organisation

substitute

Organisation means the International Mobile Satellite Organization.
