1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Amendment Regulations 2002 (No. 2).

2 Commencement

  These Regulations are taken to have commenced at 12.02 am on 11 March 2002.

3 Amendment of Australian Securities and Investments Commission Regulations 2001

  Schedule 1 amends the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Regulations 2001.
