1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the Fisheries Levy (Torres Strait Prawn Fishery) Amendment Regulations 2003 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

  These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3 Amendment of Fisheries Levy (Torres Strait Prawn Fishery) Regulations 1998

  Schedule 1 amends the Fisheries Levy (Torres Strait Prawn Fishery) Regulations 1998.
