Export Control (Fees) Amendment Orders 2002 (No. 2)

I, WARREN ERROL TRUSS, Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, make these Orders under regulation 3 of the Export Control (Orders) Regulations 1982.

  1. Name of Orders

These Orders are the Export Control (Fees) Amendment Orders 2002 (No.2).

 

2.                       Commencement

(1) Subject to suborder (2), these Orders commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.

(2) The amendments made by items 4, 5 and 6 of Schedule 1 commence on 1 January 2003.

3.                       Amendment of Export Control (Fees) Orders 2001

Schedule 1 amends the Export Control (Fees) Orders 2001.

Organic produce certification

 

 

 

 

 

For the purposes of the Export Control (Organic Produce Certification) Orders:

 

(a)                    a fee of $7,100 is payable by an organisation seeking the issue to it of a QM certificate;

(b)                    an approved certifying organisation must pay an annual service fee of $6,200 per year, payable in quarterly instalments; and

(c)                    a person receiving an auditing service, including an in-office service, must pay a fee of $270 per hour.
