1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

  These Regulations commence on the date of their notification in the Gazette.

3 Amendment of Australian Securities and Investments Commission Regulations 2001

  Schedule 1 amends the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Regulations 2001.

1. These Regulations amend Statutory Rules 2001 No. 192, as amended by 2001 No. 317; 2002 Nos. 39 and 124; 2003 No. 107.
