1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the Electronic Transactions Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

  These Regulations commence on 1 July 2004.

3 Amendment of Electronic Transactions Regulations 2000

  Schedule 1 amends the Electronic Transactions Regulations 2000.

1. These Regulations amend Statutory Rules 2000 No. 19, as amended by 2000 No. 101; 2001 Nos. 84, 137 and 263; 2002 No. 326.
