Air Navigation Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 1)1
I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Air Navigation Act 1920.

1 Name of Regulations
These Regulations are the Air Navigation Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 1).
2 Commencement
These Regulations commence on the date of their notification in the Gazette.
3 Amendment of Air Navigation Regulations 1947
Schedule 1 amends the Air Navigation Regulations 1947.
Schedule 1 Amendments
(regulation 3)

(b) if it is a condition of the issuing body’s authorisation that the ASIC must be issued for a shorter period — the shorter period.
[6] Subparagraph 95 (2) (a) (ii)

the longest period for which the card may be issued under subregulation (1); or
