1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

  These Regulations are taken to have commenced on 1 July 2004.

3 Amendment of Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities Regulations

  Schedule 1 amends the Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities Regulations.

  These Regulations are the Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities Regulations 1989.

[2] Subregulation 5B (1), definition of prescribed officer, paragraph (a)

 (a) a member, special member, protective service officer or special protective service officer of the Australian Federal Police; or

[3] Subregulation 5B (1), definition of prescribed officer, paragraph (b)
