1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the Transport and Regional Services Legislation Amendment (Australian Protective Service) Regulations 2004 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

  These Regulations are taken to have commenced on 1 July 2004.

3 Amendment of Air Navigation Regulations 1947

  Schedule 1 amends the Air Navigation Regulations 1947.

4 Amendment of Airports (Control of On-Airport Activities) Regulations 1997

  Schedule 2 amends the Airports (Control of On-Airport Activities) Regulations 1997.

5 Amendment of Civil Aviation Regulations 1988

  Schedule 3 amends the Civil Aviation Regulations 1988.

6 Amendment of Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998
