1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the Health Insurance (General Medical Services Table) Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 8).

2 Commencement

  These Regulations commence on 1 January 2005.

3 Amendment of Health Insurance (General Medical Services Table) Regulations 2004

  Schedule 1 amends the Health Insurance (General Medical Services Table) Regulations 2004.

Schedule 1 Amendments

(regulation 3)

[1] Schedule 1, Part 2, subparagraph 3 (3) (d) (i)

substitute

 (i) is registered as a medical practitioner under the After Hours Other Medical Practitioners Program; and

[2] Schedule 1, Part 2, paragraph 3 (4) (d)

omit

Medical Deputising Service — After Hours Other Medical Practitioners Program

insert

After Hours Other Medical Practitioners Program
