Air Force Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR DEFENCE, hereby make the following Interim Determination under section 12 of the Defence Amendment Act 1979.

Allowances

1. Regulation 645a of the Air Force Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (2).

Allowances and other benefits

2. Regulation 647 of the Air Force Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (2).

Application

3. The Air Force Regulations as amended by clauses 1 and 2 apply with effect from the day on which Determination 3601, Travelling Allowance, is made under section 58b of the Defence Act 1903.
