I, IAN GORDON CAMPBELL, Minister for the Environment and Heritage, make this Determination under section 21 of the Fuel Quality Standards Act 2000.

1 Name of Determination
This Determination is the Fuel Standard (Petrol) Amendment Determination 2005 (No. 1).
2 Commencement
This Determination commences on the day after it is registered.
3 Amendment of Fuel Standard (Petrol) Determination 2001
Schedule 1 amends the Fuel Standard (Petrol) Determination 2001.

(1) Compliance with the standard set out in section 3 for a substance or property is determined by application of the testing method for the substance or property in the following table:
