1 Name of Statute

1.1 This Statute is the Discipline Statute 2005.

2 Commencement

2.1 This Statute commences on the day after it is registered.

3 Rules

3.1 The Council may make rules with respect to the discipline of the University.

4 Repeal and saving

4.1 The Discipline Statute, as amended and in force immediately before the commencement of this Statute, is repealed.

4.2 Rules made under the Discipline Statute, as amended and in force immediately before the commencement of this Statute, continue in force as if they were made under this Statute and may be amended or repealed accordingly.
