1 Name of Determination

This Determination is the National Land Transport Network Determination 2014.

2 Commencement

This Determination commences on the day after registration.

3 Determination

(1) A National Land Transport Network is determined.

(2) The National Land Transport Network consists of the following:

(a) the existing and proposed roads listed in Schedule 1; and

(b) the existing and proposed railways listed in Schedule 2.
